We often assist new businesses in the registering and setting up of their PAYE schemes with HMRC. This can be a daunting task for many new businesses, which the team at A&M can assist with every step of the way.

This is the most common payroll service we provide in the preparation of monthly payroll runs for our clients; this includes processing salaries/hours worked of employees, ensuring the correct amount of PAYE and NIC is calculated.

Sometimes a business may only require an annual submission in respect of payroll, we can assist here too.

We assist in helping businesses fulfil their PAYE submission obligations  as an employer, ensuring timely submissions of both EPS and FPS reports to HMRC.

We send monthly reminders to our clients who use our payroll services on the Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions payable on behalf of both employees and the employer.

By law, all employers must offer an employee the opportunity to join a workplace pension scheme. Whilst it’s important to note we are not pension or financial advisors, we do offer a range of services in respect of pension schemes, including scheme set ups, and monthly management and submissions.

The Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) is one of our key areas of expertise and we have a wealth of experience with assisting businesses with both the CIS contractor and sub-contractor process with H M Revenue & Customs.

We can assist businesses with verifying sub-contractors as well as supporting them with the CIS monthly submission, advising on potential CIS liability due, and the provision of monthly CIS deductions statements to all engaged sub-contractors.

Our sister company, A&M Outsourcing specialises in outsourced payroll for temporary workers. It can assist businesses in paying workers via their limited company, through a CIS payroll solution (subject to SDC) or an employment umbrella arrangement.
